Bought a red L920 for my wife over a month ago.

Now the touch screen started to freeze without apparent reason, the buttons are all still working, soft reset sometimes solves the problem but sometimes the problem still exist after soft reset.

It also seems to happen when I plug in the charger (using the charger that came with the L920 box), but then it also happens when it's not charging.

Anyone faced such a problem before with their L920?

I only use Whatsapp, and boy does that app have a million glitches. i.e. poor interface, lackluster features as compared to Android/iOS's version, late notifications and so on. But I've heard that the devs are working on a major update to address all of these issues. Hopefully they'll step up the WP8 by a few notches real soon.

I rarely use viber so i never experience any problem.. yet.. but, other related apps like, line and whatsapp got problem with the notifications. Only after i open the app, that i know i got new messages. 

Yeah, made me missed my messages and replied late. So annoying.

Have you guys updated your Youtube app? Im in doubt whether to update or not because Im worry that the download feature will be blocked/deleted and ads will come after the news came out that, that might happen after microsoft have breached Youtube's contract.

Yeah, the news from phonearena only came out 2 days ago now microsoft already released an update, seems a little fishy.

Btw, have you tried downloading hq video that's >8 minutes long? as you know im having trouble to download those long hq videos, maybe if that update isn't as what we think it is, might fix that problem.
