QUOTE(chulk @ Jul 16 2013, 07:46 PM) Dear all, to make it short and more specific, you guys just dont like the YOGB colors right? or you happy with the colors but not within the balcony area. the building color scheme consist of light grey, dark grey, white and YOGB. if YOGB been taken away then the whole building only left 3 colors. can you guys give me some example that which building looks ugly due to the color, and which one looks great hence we should do the same? by the way, scale model color is a bit diff from the actual one due to the material used and color paint. and YOGB mean yellow orange green blue. thanks~ and block A2, anything below 22th floor are gone. Hi bro Chulk yea absolutely YOGB colors are making the condo look like kindergarten and very ordinary...well maybe it's just too early to comment that way. In terms of the colouring, I personally feel dark grey and white are sufficient to make the property looks elegant and high end. Wow A2 below 22nd floor all gone...great achievement and success to Zalam. Not to forget that CT hav yet to be officially launch....

QUOTE(feizaiII @ Jul 16 2013, 09:09 PM) Is the first condo, buyer can decide and comment on the color?? Chulk (Zalam) might consult ArchiMATRIX for their opinion after negative feedback on the YOGB color scheme here. Like doomdoom say, Five Stones is nice.. they may refer on it. Yes great advice. 5 stones look grand and elegant

QUOTE(Kelv @ Jul 17 2013, 10:00 AM) Looking at the scale model, quite a distance for Block A resident go to Block B facilities such as gym? Yup quite a distance. This is the price for extra privacy. However, I think we can use the "short-cut" within the Central Park and then the lift to the club house and hence floating gym. Just like a warm-up before utilise the facilities, not a bad alternative.

QUOTE(ralphi @ Jul 17 2013, 10:03 AM) I just notice the funky colour at the building. And i just realised the Block A have the sky lodge which is Block B dont have from SA. my opinion is unfair for the Block B owner since we are the same building structure Shall we gather to protest in front of the booth of CT at aeon....just kidding... That's the price again. U pay more and u get more. Don't protest plssss.....kidding

QUOTE(pobox @ Jul 17 2013, 10:42 AM) Not bothered if Block A is better or not. My concern is it's unfair to Block B. That's not the matter of fairness. U have chosen B over A in the earlier part when u were one of the 1st batch buyers. I don't think if SA never informed u on the differences. U have make your choice then why grumbling here? Make no difference man. Think wisely bro...no offence This post has been edited by yeap99: Jul 17 2013, 10:58 AM

I passed by the Treez every morning. That's a nice looking condo in BJ. This post has been edited by yeap99: Jul 17 2013, 10:56 AM

QUOTE(pobox @ Jul 17 2013, 11:08 AM) Point taken. But still I'm entitled to show my discontent, am I not? Wise men don't grumble eh? I'm not offending Block A buyers. I'm just telling that I think this kind of arrangement is unfair. Yes u have rights to speak up...no problem

QUOTE(cacphy @ Jul 17 2013, 11:14 AM) My SA really dint tell me the different between A and B. Coz that time still havent open for booking to block A. I know hows the feeling of Block B buyer. Because as a 1st batch buyer, we hope we can get the cheaper price compare with next batch. And with the same POSSIBLE facilities. The following is Block A diff with Block B 1) Private Swimming Pool with good view - is fine. Coz block A user paid more and impossible to change in block B. and at least block B also got swimming pool. 2) Better view - is fine. Coz block A user paid more and impossible to change in block B. and at least block B also got view. 3) Sky garden - Is possible to attach in block B but it didnt. Ok points noted

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Jul 17 2013, 11:26 AM) Block B has all the facilities nearby including the gym n tennis court. Thats the pros for block B. The reasons why ppl chosen B over A after know A price are the cheaper psf. Some even think it's good to being near to facilties and convenient for them. The price has been revealed long time ago, if really think the A the best, why not top up and choose or change to block B instead of sticking to B? The reason why block B being grabbed fast due to its low entry fees, 430psf very cheap for them to come in and flip in future/rental game. You feel it's unfair, we block A wil feel even more unfair if we paid premium price but has all things shared by others? We decided to pay for more as we know there r better material and privacy for my family to stay. What we pay what we get for. Ive no objection if higher charges billed to block B if they wanna use the swimmin pool or having same materials n sky gardens. If possible, zalam pls revise the price make it all same psf at 500psf. Yes totally agreed with bro kvsual. B have all the facilities and club house near u. This is advantageous to B. what do B buyers think?
