to make it short and more specific, you guys just dont like the YOGB colors right? or you happy with the colors but not within the balcony area.

the building color scheme consist of light grey, dark grey, white and YOGB. if YOGB been taken away then the whole building only left 3 colors.

can you guys give me some example that which building looks ugly due to the color, and which one looks great hence we should do the same?

by the way, scale model color is a bit diff from the actual one due to the material used and color paint.

and YOGB mean yellow orange green blue.

Looking at the scale model, quite a distance for Block A resident go to Block B facilities such as gym?

I just notice the funky colour at the building. And i just realised the Block A have the sky lodge which is Block B dont have from SA. my opinion is unfair for the Block B owner since we are the same building structure

There are still quite a number of units available in block A. Why don't you guy change your unit from block B to block A if you think is better choice?

Not bothered if Block A is better or not. My concern is it's unfair to Block B.

The Treez's color also not bad. Even still have 20% not yet complete. But still look very nice.

I'm not offending Block A buyers. I'm just telling that I think this kind of arrangement is unfair.

My SA really dint tell me the different between A and B. Coz that time still havent open for booking to block A.
I know hows the feeling of Block B buyer. Because as a 1st batch buyer, we hope we can get the cheaper price compare with next batch. And with the same POSSIBLE facilities.

The following is Block A diff with Block B
1) Private Swimming Pool with good view
- is fine. Coz block A user paid more and impossible to change in block B. and at least block B also got swimming pool.

2) Better view

3) Sky garden
- Is possible to attach in block B but it didnt.

Block B has all the facilities nearby including the gym n tennis court. Thats the pros for block B. The reasons why ppl chosen B over A after know A price are the cheaper psf.
Some even think it's good to being near to facilties and convenient for them. The price has been revealed long time ago, if really think the A the best, why not top up and choose or change to block B instead of sticking to B? The reason why block B being grabbed fast due to its low entry fees, 430psf very cheap for them to come in and flip in future/rental game.

You feel it's unfair, we block A wil feel even more unfair if we paid premium price but has all things shared by others? We decided to pay for more as we know there r better material and privacy for my family to stay. What we pay what we get for.

Ive no objection if higher charges billed to block B if they wanna use the swimmin pool or having same materials n sky gardens. If possible, zalam pls revise the price make it all same psf at 500psf.

not good la, the developer previous cheaper project 1 sentul,come with sky garden for 2 blocks....

besides propose to developer change the fascade color, please aks developer built sky garden for all blocks also...
