CT convenient for me, as just 3mins away from my office.
guess everyday take few mins go n back from office without jam at all. ^^
it's convenient to travel to cheras, MV, kuchai, Kajang, mahkota cheras, Cyber/Putrajaya. And alots amenities too. Columbia hospital, mines, jusco, Econsave, almost all Banks, shops, restaurants and guess future development wil have more shop n cafe too (from one Amerin, silk residence).
since gettin more condo n residents here. Few years time wil gettin wong...hhopefully.

Looks like quite good booking rate since it's yet to be officially launched and the sales gallery and show unit are all not ready.
Any new on show unit? Which type to be built?
Actually, I have got a medium high unit booked at A2, south view. How about u? Hmm still thinking if south view is good, I prefer KL view at A1 indeed, however got attracted by 40k cheaper price tag of A2 south view.
Do u know when will block C be launched? Any indicative price?

Initially I thought A2 north unit 2 is 1269sf and decided to go for it but it's 1500+sf instead so given up n chosen unit 3 cos I don't like direct evening sun to unit 1 and 4.

never think of investing it to gain money. If need money, then sell or rent it out. CT is my 2nd property and treat it as investment due to lower psf if compared to those in Klang valley. All new launch asking more than 600psf.
Of course, location-wise could not compre with those in OKR, BJ, Sunway, subang and etc. Even 8kinrara by inp were priced at 600psf.
Silk residence nearby is a good choice as well but I don't like the facade some more 2nd phase asked for 450psf. 1st phase were only 300psf about a year ago. Hehe don't like to contribute to the 150psf.
Hopefully CT could reach 650psf or higher by completion.

low down n dibs, (many more new condos r coming, unlike b4 yr 2009, little supply) 600psf is ald a very very good price upon vp..

Yes intercom to guardhouse & management office are common things. Only low cost apartments and flats do not have it.
Some newly launched condos like Zefer, Petalz and etc equipped with visual feature.
Hopefully Zalam will consider that.

Yes u r right. A1 north is 40k higher in price compared to A2 south on the same floor level. I saw the prices on SA price list.
That's why I opted for A2 south as initially prefer A1 north.

Unit 1 of A2--> direct evening sun so very hot, don't like.
Unit 2 of A2--> 1500+sf, too expensive.
So no choice, I went for unit 3.

The floorplan layout type is always my favourite. It's rare/seldom find in most highrise.
Horizontal with Longer Width shorter depth. (Bigger balcony n spacious living room).  vice versa for standard vertical type.

Recently so far i've seen Dreamcity, WOTP, Cristal Cyberjaya having this.

I was informed earlier by SA that people who stay in B and C could not enter territory A. However, I don't see any barrier for that purpose. Anyone could explain?
