Yeap, I dont see too. Perhaps they cant enter to the facilities floor with their access card lo. As we only can enter our floor or facilities floor via access card.

look carefully on the block, every 2 balconies there's a C side wall cover the balcony..
I think you got the 19th with C Wall.

Yeap that's the facade design for the building.  Better than Dreamcity balcony with Half, 1/4 wall bricks blocked the view of lake...
Already noticed the C shape wall when I first met the SA.

A2 facing south started from floor 3th (with 1-2 floors carparks) (A2.3.XX onwards)
A2 facing North started from floor 7th (with 5-6 floors carparks) (A2.7.xx onwards)

Nope, only one floor has C shape, another floor without C shape wall.
I've checked. C shape wall for Unit 3A, and "Terbalik C" shape wall for unit 3.

Haha hmm the facades stil okay. No wow factor or ooophm if compared recent projects. But considered good compare to normal plain design condo. 1 sentul as example. Luckily CT looks better than 1 sentul otherwise I wil skip definitely.
I chosen condo over landed as only a couple stayin plus a pet or 1 children maybe. Not for my parent as they have their house nearby. So im kinda fussy bout the design.
Im waiting the latest condo from UDA too.

Ya, The funky color really tak boleh tahan. Today I went to AEON roadshow, just to raise this up. The SA told me if most of the buyer complaint then will consider to change it. If they insist to use it then i will repaint it by myself.
