Front facade with glass element is the trend now.
I can see lots of high end condo come with this "high class" feel feature. Most notably twin Arkz and petalz by Exsim.
I love their design. Exsim know how to attract buyers and always market their products in the center of attention.
Like the recently launched petalz along OKR, 90% take up rate in a month time. Total 500+ units.

Yes I actually decided to go for Petalz earlier. Dropped the idea after visiting the show units. I doubt Exsim commitment towards petalz when I saw the show units. Not impressive at all as old furnitures were showcase. The bed rooms were partitioned by plastic and steel. I don't see the sincerity.
After all, I came to know CT and quickly placed the booking due to lower psf, greenary and build on higher ground.

Bro I do agree if twin Arkz is in different class.
Facade-wise, twin Arkz is the best I hav seen in 2012/13. Marvellous master piece of design. I was thinking to get a unit there as well but been putted off by the price tag. Simply too high in terms of psf, a new height in BJ. More than 700psf.
Could this piece of development reach 900 or 1000psf upon vp? Make me scratch my head for a long time.
Lately, I heard Malton will launch 900psf high end condo in BJ by end of 2013.
Huge mixed development by malton and hohup are in the card

Facade-wise, Exsim product won't be bad. Just look at the soon vp "the treez" in BJ. Undoubtably great.
The treez is Exsim 1st ever property vp soon. Lets wait for the comment on workmanship and quality soon
