B1/B2 not block by A1/A2 i think as it is different facing.
BUt A1 /A2 is better interms of privacy and these two block will hv their own swimming pool. |

A1/A2 is opened for booking, not sure about price but definitely higher than B1/B2.

Think the door is the same as no point to hv two different interior and layout yet the facade is same. But there is sky garden at block a1/a2.
This is very common tht price of later phase is higher than previous one even there is no changes in terms of layout, material etc etc. |
