Mean, about 1.5 km from our project.
But walking distance could be shorter via mahajaya project. Depends on their access in the future.

Do you guys have any info on the developer ? bit worried on the background.

I will wait till September only decide. Since no rush for the  money rm2500.

CT stil a better choice for own stay. But hopefully CT like what they categorized as "High End" condo. I dont want later they said you pay lesser for poorer quality, want high class condo, please go for higher price at premium area....

Strongly suggest to have a showroom of 1550sf..
ONe showroom enough for Zalam since the 1550sf is just the extra masterbedroom + 1269 floorplan (same layout).

Hopefully a big ceiling to floor Aluminium sliding door for the 21ft balcony...  they should have a showroom since this considered their first high end condo?
