Very common in Malaysia. Last year paid a booking for a single storey house in taman melawati (end up seller dont want to sell and willing to pay me double of booking), address is kl but under mpaj.

I booked B2 Balakong view. Purpose is for rental and later for retirement purpose.
I prefer near main entrance so I choose B2 facing balakong. Dont really into KLCC as too far to view..haha |
