Dont worry, is stil refundable before S&P In september, wait and see more infor/layout/photos/landscaping coming soon in July (Scale models) and the official launch.

haha Im not Zalam Staff or Chester SA....
But according to SA, think owners able to keep Pets in our unit, there are parks around should sufficient for us to walk dog lah..
If ur main concern is the Pets, you can consider again la.

Personally hope the Petzone confirmed! I wan to own a Corgi~!

But depends on the quality of this prop la. If really good quality, management, facilities, environment, n nice view, then probably wil move in. Otherwise just sell/run and get a better one. Hmmm

Not sure. As I know 60% of block B booked.
Block A stil many available.
I will wait till September only decide. Since no rush for the money rm2500.

Sorry, I just roughly come out a percentage after seen the SA sales chart on block B.

I think wil give up on Petalz after visited sales gallery on private preview...
CT stil a better choice for own stay. But hopefully CT like what they categorized as "High End" condo. I dont want later they said you pay lesser for poorer quality, want high class condo, please go for higher price at premium area....

Yeap pretty agreed on the fast selling/booking of CT, which seems not really a good thing, all mostly investor?
Chester SA too aggressive to start the sales earlier than expected. September only official launch, yet they've reached their target (100-150units)..

I wish they stop the booking till official launch.

Yea Block A can now booking, higher ground, higher price and better view (closer to golf/lake) and have own facilities on the block.
Better for own stay. Block B cheaper psf probably investors more interested.

BEtter book it now if you interested, 500rm worth to pay in order get ur preferred floor and units. Later all booked by jinvestors and those genuine ownstay buyers would have less choice. Thats why I dont like the Sales being too aggressive on sales, as those who wanna stay will give up purchasing it since nice unit all sapu. Act fast better than regret.

Yea according to SA, zalam already planned to launch in September. This wad the original plan, just that agency act earlier to start promoting it on net n booking.

I wish they do have more types of unit though.
Prefer larger than 1500sf.... I dont like the dual key concept. 2 masterbedroom wasted the space. Hope to have a bigger masterbedroom.
Maybe due to their layout 4units per floor..thats why not much unit types like other proj.
