Just calculated.

Mine is 520psf (before rebates), B1 should be around 460psf+ (before rebates).Which means a substantial increase 15% in psf.

Depends on the unit. B2 small unit shud be facing south ehich is golf/lake (balakong)

As long i've booked my favourite block, facing direction and level unit will do. The price acceptable as compared to other projects around.
Now waiting for scale model, sales unit, launching to decide my purchase... if not suitable, jst cancel thats simple~

Just checked the google map on the view direction from CT.
CT should be aligned to the 2row abandoned terrace house.
If A2 facing south, guess have to stand at very right corner of balcony n view 90degree to the right, maybe only can see half of the North lake?... the lake wil be looks smalll? If so, bit disappointed la.
But sure can see the small south lake infront, and the 7 blocks of Dreamcity. Haha! It would be great if CT can direct facing to the north lake, otherwise waste the location ady.
