Yeap, im lookin at this 2 and also southville city project.
Differ location so differ psf.
Cloudtree is better choice for homestay since it has greenery blablabla. Investment wise, should be Petalz.

Guess Petalz wil reveal more confirmed package info with showroom by June, so cloudtree better catch up, as heard launchin only by September2013......><

2% Booking fees is fully refunded upon cancellation?? since there are no official brochures, layout, floorplans, facilities confirmed in written material yet to Buyers?
Or need Bank loan rejection letter?

Yea heard Proposed MRT in this area. Another thread was discussing it too.

Would like to know if the MRT nearer to Cloudtree condo or Vina/WOTP/CasaGreen?
Which condo near to the proposed MRT? Wonder which exact location they wil build it.... hmm.gif

I'm stil new in this field, and first priority is getting one for Homestay (2-3pax Max to stay).
I wouldnt know what wil happened 3-4years time later, perhaps I wil end up stayin current home with family, and sell/rent the Petalz/CT.
So got to choose a property which good for both Homestay or Investment. unsure.gif

Whats your opinion? not much info on the Petalz yet, but it's differ concept (CT- Greenery, larger land), Petalz (Closes to many areas, higher density per acre/block).
But personally I like OKR/Kuchai/SriPetaling/MV area. smile.gif

Both CT & Petalz looks good!
450psf lower psf definitely tempts me, but I need study more detailed in both project before decide, not based on lower psf price.
Oldklangroad might fetch up to 600+psf in future, margin of gain might be higher... (correct me if im wrong) yawn.gif

yea, DP a good stay as it near to Silk highway and easy access to many areas too. Im interested in CT as it's just 1-2km away from my office. Super convenient.
Cloudtree has a better design/greenery concept /better environment as compared to Petalz.
I'm personally like Duplex unit (though not practical as mentioned) & waiting for the SA updated info.
If dislike on the plan, will definitely consider CT... wink.gif
