B1/B2 not block by A1/A2  i think as it is different facing.

BUt A1 /A2 is better interms of privacy and these two block will hv their own swimming pool.

A1/A2 is opened for booking, not sure about price but definitely higher than B1/B2.

1. sorry for the confusing....
according to our initial plan, we suppose to take 3 months to market block B, and start selling block A by launching which is about Sept of Oct.
however block B smaller units almost finish within 3 weeks, marketing open block A and accepting booking.
the price of block A is definitely higher than block B, significantly.
we will look into it, will decide whether open block A officially or not within this 2 days.
if any bro here interested switch to block A, please talk to the marketing later.
2. we have not yet finalized the spec and fitting detail for both Block A and block B. but i can confirm with you all, the building material is 100% same for whole project.
we might offer different spec or fitting for block A (due to the launching price),
but not building material.
project still haven't launch and many things still in progress. like what trees we going to plant, what color we going to paint or what brand of lift we going to use. we cant really guarantee all the fitting spec detail at this moment, please give us another 2-3 months.

Yes,agree with u. "earthquake proof" is very important for Cloud Tree residents and residents who stay near around Cloud Tree. Because Cloud Tree build on top of the hill.
Coz me,my family,relative,friends feel tremor when 2008 our neighboring countries hit by earthquake.Especially those who stay Cheras, P.J and K.L. Even i'm stay at fourth floor,not only feel tremor but can see the hanging fan swing (its on switch off mode).

Personally I feel KL postcode better lor (although these days prices of property dont really have a difference between KL or Selangor) but some people dont mind Selangor cos they say free water wor .. haha.    Mine is under KL postcode but taksiran under MPKJ so I still got free water leh ...
