Im not demanding but just pampered by other projects in klang valley with Show unit/brochures/events. Yes I do understand Fancy show unit not equal to actual quality)
But atleast I can roughly know how big is the 1269 in actual size and Size in each rooms. (I've compared the VINA/DreamCity Sales gallery which offers similar layout).
I've booked the Block A with 650K pricetag, and it's not considered cheap in this Cheras south area. (2500rm + 350 maintenance monthly), so with this price in this area considered high end ady. ( 650psf above will be in prime area like OKR etc)
After research some "high end" condo in the same area:
WOTP: 880,200 for 1694sf; 10% rebates + 2k atleast Angpao = 467 psf
VINA: 1270sf = 450-500psf
DreamCity: 520psf for 1430sf
OneSouth: Soho 500psf for 1270sf
All around the same psf from 450-550 for their so called luxury/ResortStyle/High end condo. hahaha (I excluded the CasaGreen, no offends to their owners yea).
I also wish to have Money to build my bungalow/ or atleast landed house, but I've decided to move away from Landed to Condo due to only 2pax (3pax max) and I prefer facilities & tight security. (My parent won't stay in condo, so I've to secure a home for 2 of us).
