Strongly suggest to have a showroom of 1550sf..
ONe showroom enough for Zalam since the 1550sf is just the extra masterbedroom + 1269 floorplan (same layout).

Hopefully a big ceiling to floor Aluminium sliding door for the 21ft balcony... they should have a showroom since this considered their first high end condo?
One sentul and alam puri dont look highend enuf...

Haha wont offended la bro, we all just discussing here, so can make the right choice/decision when come to property.

Im not demanding but just pampered by other projects in klang valley with Show unit/brochures/events. Yes I do understand Fancy show unit not equal to actual quality)
But atleast I can roughly know how big is the 1269 in actual size and Size in each rooms. (I've compared the VINA/DreamCity Sales gallery which offers similar layout).

I've booked the Block A with 650K pricetag, and it's not considered cheap in this Cheras south area. (2500rm + 350 maintenance monthly), so with this price in this area considered high end ady. ( 650psf above will be in prime area like OKR etc)

After research some "high end" condo in the same area:

WOTP: 880,200 for 1694sf; 10% rebates + 2k atleast Angpao = 467 psf
VINA: 1270sf = 450-500psf
DreamCity: 520psf for 1430sf
OneSouth: Soho 500psf for 1270sf

All around the same psf from 450-550 for their so called luxury/ResortStyle/High end condo. hahaha (I excluded the CasaGreen, no offends to their owners yea).

I also wish to have Money to build my bungalow/ or atleast landed house, but I've decided to move away from Landed to Condo due to only 2pax (3pax max) and I prefer facilities & tight security. (My parent won't stay in condo, so I've to secure a home for 2 of us).

Sorry! I've just roughly stated a price here. Actually slightly more expensive than 650K before rebates at Mid floor.
10-20% higher than Block B right?

One floor 3K up.

I'm just sharing my info so as I do know roughly the selling price psf in this area. All are categorized as high end and Im neither comparing directly nor fighting for what. Im also buyer of Cloudtree, and have the right to compare several options to meet my requirement. You can take it or ignore the info given.

1) WOTP. Yes launched it last year and I was there during launch till March only enquire for the price. The price was given in 4th March 2013, Not last year price.

2) I went there last Sunday before I paid booking to CT.

3) Yes. Price is 550psf after discount for 1430sf, confirmed as I'm also the buyer.

4) One South. The Gardens & Parc condo facing Lake, it's 500psf confirmed as my brother got the duplex Soho.

Anyways, im just sharing, no offends.
I think I wil keep it myself instead of sharing to avoid any conflicts, especially pricings.

It's just booking, sure there are buyers wil drop out or cancel it. Ask ur SA keep you informed whenever there's info. And not all loan wil be approved too.

Only open for booking tru Chester SA.
No SalesGallery'Sales Office yet until July I guess.
Official Launch with all info wil be in September.

coming sales office should be in Sri Petaling Zalam Office. smile.gif

Agreed! The only think I Like is their facade design, looks modern.. maybe the long curl line pattern and colors of the building.

So the cloudtree building color confirmed same as da photo shown? Too many white on CT looks old after few years.

Guess all the buyers are from lowyat users or their friends/relatives since only able to know this project from this thread..
