2% Booking fees is fully refunded upon cancellation?? since there are no official brochures, layout, floorplans, facilities confirmed in written material yet to Buyers?
Or need Bank loan rejection letter? thanks! |

Would like to know if the MRT nearer to Cloudtree condo or Vina/WOTP/CasaGreen? Which condo near to the proposed MRT? Wonder which exact location they wil build it....  |

If the one at Alam Damai is near to Prima housing area, then unlikely the 2nd one will be near CloudTree. Higher chances of the next one being closer out to Taman Juara/Belimbing than to CloudTree.
