Only S Korea band 3 phones ( 1800 Mhz) can work here not the other band 5 , 8, 1 . So depends on what LTE model you get

Well, might be fastest, but won't have that much community support due to limited availability,
Korean version is usually locked but if somebody were able to get an unlocked version, it's quite possible that it'll work with 2G and 3G in Malaysia going by past korean S2 and S3, 4G support would depend on the frequencies.
It'll most likely be the fastest phone in the first half of this year, I'm sure we'll see more powerful phones in the later half of this year equipped with the Snapdragon 800 SOC and even posibly the Tegra 4.

The download speeds is at least 10x faster
