is AIMST internet is faster than streamyx or ur maxis is faster than streamyx? kinda confused there

oops, i mean my maxis broadband. there is no wifi throughout the campus.

owh ur maxis..hows the connection LAN in the hostel?

I'm not quite sure about that because i don't live in the hostel anymore.. Just saying that if u want your own reliable broadband, maxis is good enough.

i opened the maxis webpage and its write 2gb..what is that? izzit our bandwith?

2gb means ur limit,lets say the LYN forum front page is 200kb in size,then u can view it for 10000 times

yeah, but my result is not that perfect until i can gurantee myself a seat in aimst, dun wan to put all eggs in a basket

yeap. after using 2gb ur speed becomes slow. coz i practically live online, so in between classes and clinics, i just stick the mobile broadband sim card into my phone and read some stuff, check some email etc. it's also worth it for when you are doing the long hours drive back to KL (while my friend drives la) and also when waiting for a flight or something!

Not worth it for heavy usage like downloading series. streamyx still the best for it.

i am not sure if aimst will allow you to download from their network. some unis have a system to catch these offenders. i am not sure about aimst though.

=P hope i can get there earlier..

hey does anyone want to buy foundation in science secondhand notes and textbooks? i've got physics and maths textbook (those are the only compulsory textbooks), exercises with answers (mostly), and notes which have some extra information and tips from the lecturers =)
