Actually, i don't think you need to buy. Seriously
There are about 200++ students there,
you can just ask them to give you for FREE , as they won't use the books again,
and might just throw the books away, especially those stay in Johor or Sabah.
I have seen a lot of students threw the books away. Trust me.  smile.gif

wow really? too bad i didn't encounter them before..nvm la

anyway, for those who wanted to buy the books with price cheaper than the original, do inform me
the books are still in good condition, don't worry
yup i'm not that generous to give the books for free whistling.gif

btw, if you buy the textbooks, i'll give you along the workbook and lab manual FOC

so what will be planning to do after this?

Continue degree in aimst?
*
if i got the marks la..if not, well i gotta get out of aimst then
but it's very hard though since aimst foundation is not really recognized
do you know any other universities that accept aimst foundation?
besides, with 200+ students, i don't think the teaching system will be efficient, too many students!

formal attire is like the baju kerja one.. rules for guys attire are tight compared to girls..and no, you can't wear jeans for the lecture & classes (although some of my batchmates do wear jeans). Other than 8am - 5pm, you can wear shirts..but you can't wear short pants above the knees though. Nvm, later you'll not feel bounded to the rules though

you will have shorter holidays, shorter study break (earlier batch have 1week study break, July batch will have 3 days of study break, but plus the weekends, it will be 5 days then) and you have shorter time for the syllabus. But don't worry, just sacrifice & put effort k smile.gif

p/s : not sure if it's still the same though, maybe they change the schedule, I don't know wink.gif

^according to some MBBS student there, the MBBS quality is going down, but hopefully aimst will do something to improve it

for foundation, i think the seats are still available, provided you have the money of course.. you can try to contact aimst & ask them.

^you're result is more than sufficient to enter pharmacy (based on the entry requirement, at least B,B,B including Chemistry) but it also depends on places available

regarding living in the campus, you can continue living there even until you finished your degree

to choose roommates, well if you already have your friends together during the registration, you can tell ms. linda (she's the one who organize hostel placement) you would like to be in the same room with her

about the processing fee, not sure though

^for girls the rules are not very strict though
In fact, you'll see a lot of girls breaking the rules by wearing short skirts above knee-length`eventually

It's only about the first couple weeks the students are following the rules. But yeah, sometimes the lecturers will give out warning

during our orientation, they do put wet flour & you gotta walk / crawl through it..very smelly & flies are around you O_o

but that's our time, the orientation depends on the one that will organize your orientation, I think maybe May batch will organize yours, I dunno

ya foundation year is tough, especially if you only got 9 months to finish the syllabus, while other batches have about 11 months..gotta work hard!

as for the mentor mentee book, I never used it though, it's up to you whether you want to use it or not

I think it's not going down. I can see new lecturers coming in. Day by day, I'm getting to know more about my lecturers. Some of the lecturer's research articles are being published in newspapers (not here but India as they are from India). And the published articles are not some ordinary research. So, I could say its improving.
if it's improving it's good then.
Glad new lecturers are coming in now, because before this my friend who's in MBBS told me quite a few lecturers leave.
