I suppose to look forward getting a CC from HLB but I find this card is not "WISE" at all. Why don't the cashback given to all transaction anywhere anytime?

everyone pls take note that the 10% cash back calculation period is based on calendar month instead of your billing cycle. the 10 swiping per month is based on posting date by vendor. NOT your swiping date.

for example, I already swipe 9 times in the month of June and i did my 10th swipe on 30 June. However, the vendor posted it to HLB on 1st July. in this situation, you got RM0 cash back for month of June just because you didn't met the requirement of 10 swipes..

I agree to postpone spend till 1 July.
Ensure the category is verified a few times just to be sure

means must call the CS to verify the category choosen is it even we had written in our application form...

i wonder why the hlb CS line doesnt have a proper selection ... everytime i wanted to speak to the CS i always need to pick the option'report lost card'....
btw... anyone receive the cash back RM 100 n the free gift from hlb n groupon yet??

The T&C says to entitle for CB, I need to make a minimum of ANY 10 retail transactions minimum rm50 each to entitle for CB, but the CS says the 10 transactions must fall within any of the 3 category i have chosen.

Now what is the truth? People out there, please lead me to the TRUTH!! TQ

i make some transaction non under my categories....does it consider 1 of my 10 transaction ?

The reason why I am swiping outside my 3 chosen category because not everybody can achieve 10 transactions under the 3 chosen categories...

Just received email from Groupon that the credits will be activated by latest 11th July.

In that case deloin will help to "verify" this action... please report once you get your statement

am wondering let say i swipe rm50 X10 in the month...then in the same month i swipe a amount <RM50 (let say rm30) from the choosen category... will i get rebate for the RM30 also?
