hi everybody.

i'm searching for a homeloan. any banks (CIMB / PUBLIC / HONG LEONG / MAYBANK / AFFIN / STANDARD CHARTED / AIA / HSBC / OCBC / KUWAIT FINANCE / BANk ISLAM / BANK RAKYAT) are all welcomed to pm me what your bank offers.

among the characteristic looking for:
- interesting BLR
- maximum / long tenure
- at least 90% MOF
- information on any other charges incured such as insurance / stamp duty / valuation / legal fees / lock in perion & etc.

Bank trusted no one unless you can provide a clearance letter issued by RHB regarding this matter. Then banker can write remark and attach the letter to fight for you.

So your main and only objective now is to bug RHB until they issue you the letter. You got to be firm if you are innocent.

August 2010 : RHB Bank issued summon against the company for 52k and named all the corporate card users as defendants as well (including me).

MY Questions:
1. How can the bank summon me if my card was terminated with nil balance?

2. This is corporate credit card, why the users named defendant?

I called the lawyer of RHB Bank, she said the case was fully settled and closed years ago. but CTOS did not update.

Bro, I have perfect financial records with CCRIS, if not this CTOS innocent case, i am 100% clean. I am concern the bank may reject my loan based on this settled case.

May I know what can i do in this case?
How to get CTOS to remove my record?
The RHB lawyer said RHB Bank can get CTOS to remove the record, true?

Any lawyer bro / sis can help ? Can I hire you to do the above for me? Price?

I spoke to the RHB, he said needs to investigate first before issuing clearance letter to me.

My goodness, i am innocent in this case, never ever accept corporate credit card again in my life.

I thought local authority instructed bank not to use CTOS anymore years ago? What happened to this directive?

I have perfect credit records, now it destroy it without i aware of it.

What I am very concern now is the CIMB will reject my mortgage loan application! Any banker here can help?

SUMMARY of PROPERTY & COMMITMENT:

My property : Tropicana Garden Studio Unit.

Purchase price : RM767k

I have zero commitment now (just fully settled all my existing house loan, car loan last 2 months);

Income : RM135k based on 2012 EA form.

My CCRIS records is ALL 0 for credit cards; ALL 1 for fully settled car loan (1 due to timing of remittance, should have know this, stupid me, 29th due paid 1st, ceraka).

Any bankers here can help?

Not much unless u pledge FD with , say, OCBC Bank if u're applying the loan with us..
Even so, The amount they will take into account is only 80% of the profit u reap from the FD not your whole savings..

Hi all,

I want to know if husband and wife combined name to purchase house and husband using gov loan, does the wife can apply for home loan from bank? I heard many banks hard to approve loan if either one husband or wife using gov loan. and many said the wife better apply personal loan. Is it true?

If my wife can apply for home loan from bank, I want to know the offers available.


Amount: RM 110,000
tenure: 10 years
Bank: any banks that offer islamic financing with interesting BLR.
other criteria: all the fees must be transparent. No hidden fees.

it also depends on banks... some banks treat guarantor similar as joint borrower... so will be bound by the BNM LTV 70% requirement as well.. ie MBB
some other banks do not allow guarantor scheme. i'm aware ABB + OCBC allows it..

other than the above, concur with the rest of the item mentioned.
