Hi Guys,

Just want to check with you guys before I go for another property.

I intend to purchase a property amounting RM530,000.

Has no problem paying the deposit but kind of worry the loan.

Below are my details":-

Salary RM5000

Currently commitment
1)Car instalment RM750 per month
2) Housing loan (amounting RM553,000/2) start repaying 4 years later.

Appreciate if you guys can advise me on this matter.

DIBS instalment is 1.2k (Joint name) start repaying 4 yrs later
