Wanna ask if we just bought a master title condominium, however the strate title is issued prior finalizing the process (after signing snp and loan agreement, executed by bank and pending redemption) do we incurred any additional cost like MOT or any others?thanks

My situation is I already have a house loan at the moment and my husband and I together want to get a another house loan for a subsale property.
Can we applied for several house loan from different bank first and wait see which banks approved our loans? If few banks approved, we can choose one and tell others don't want right? Legally ok right? |
