Wanna ask if we just bought a master title condominium, however the strate title is issued prior finalizing the process (after signing snp and loan agreement, executed by bank and pending redemption) do we incurred any additional cost like MOT or any others?thanks

Yes, there will be MOT costs incurred as long as for (LEASEHOLD) : before consent is acquired from land office, lawyers will check with developer whether strata title been issued. if yes, the MOT transfer from master title to Strata title is compulsary before consent acquisition can be done with land office.

As for (FREEHOLD): not too sure

*Pls consult a loan lawyer further regarding this matter
*Pls advise if i'm wrong

My situation is I already have a house loan at the moment and my husband and I together want to get a another house loan for a subsale property.

Can we applied for several house loan from different bank first and wait see which banks approved our loans? If few banks approved, we can choose one and tell others don't want right? Legally ok right?

You means same house booked and looking for few banks, then make comparison right? Yes you can.

Prefer Lawyer firm in KL or Old Klang road only.

Lawyer must be a panel of RHB/ Maybank/ Standard Chartered.
