Hi all,

I need some advise on this

Me and my gf decided joint name to purchase a sub sale apartment in Puchong and the price is RM 270k.

My
Gross Salary - RM 3500
28 yr old bachelor Engineer.
Current committment - None

My gf
Gross Salary - RM 2800 (Just change job recently, working in new company for 2 weeks)
26 yr old.
Current committment - None

Both of us do not own credit card and not borrow any loan before. Mean we don't have any ccris record. Can we still get a home loan of 90 % from bank ?

Appreciate if anyone can help on this matter. Thanks

Please advise NET income.
Better have Credit History in order to get MAX 90%.
No guarantee first loan can get 90%.

With combined income for property price 270k - sure NOT a problem but may need to ensure you get 90% if you don't have cash for a 80% Loan.

You can look for outsourced agent, not tied to only one bank, like us.
OCBC, HLB, PBB, SCB, RHB etc...

Why need to refinance?

most people I have met, for refinance, can not get approval because they only do refinance at 'worst-shape' time.

Hope you are not in your worst-shape, then we are glad to speed up the process to help you.

by the way, if loan is new and penalty 2%, must have good reason to refinance, else where is the cost-benefit?
