Same here.. My car has got some ngek ngek sound as well.. Especially each time it jerks.. dont think it comes from the rear seat. Instead from the body frame itself. Any way to iron out this annoying sound? Thanks in advance..

I do have same issue with you. Especially when brake or jerk. Mine came from the passenger/driver seat and the safety belt latch.
I just spray some lubricant on those screw joint part and the noise is gone.

Wondering does anyone trade in their stock rim and tyre after getting car? How much is the price that can fetch?

It has something to do with those welding spots. Metal plates kissing each other.

What I did to rectify the problem is to remove all rear seats, all the rear boot carpets.
Then try to find the source of the nyit nyit sound.

What I did with my car basically, is to find a screwdriver to wide the gap between the metal plate and try to drive the car again.
Do it based on trial and error.

I made my booking on 14th April, also black cfe but the proton agent said the black color is out of stock got to wait 1 more month.

I took black cfe as well in first week of april..got my car ready and collected in less than a week..CN 29xxx.i thought proton is having excess stock at the moment?as they giving out high cash discount this month..

Hi guys, I have a noob question; The chassis number can be more or less related to the total sales of the Prevé right ?

The MAA doesn't share sales statistics anymore, so there's no way of knowing how many Prevés are out there.

Let's say that the chassis no. reaches 100k by this year end, means Proton sold 100k Prevé in total ? Correct ?

Also, are the chassis numbers for the exported Preves unique or are they shared with the Malaysian spec ? (don't restart with 1,2,3 etc.)
