daidokmai, the mark is normal actually.

iriahk89, I had some "nyit nyit" sound before though. At the rear parcel shelf and the wheelhouse rear LH. My panel beater somehow able to eliminate the sound, sound of metal parts flexing while driving on the road.
Now need to settle the rattling sound at the dashboard.

Loan interest rate is determined by the bank and also the owner creditability. It also depend on your monthly commitment, etc.

Panel beater, more commonly known as tukang mudguard in Malay context.
Someone who does all the body parts replacement, welding, etc

I think Preve is also the same, RM99.70 per piece. Laser Iridium.

[All] Spark Plug  PW910762  RM99.70
*
Preve spark plugs are expected to last 100k km mileage.
I wonder why polo spark plug wear off so fast

My white preve  CN is aslo 29xxx.. Can anyone confirm with me if it has been remapped with the latest tcu/ecu? Cos I only feel hard to accelerate above 2k rpm.. otherwise below that, is quite smooth.. and is there any problem with my cvt gearbox? feels like when I accelerate and let go, it jerks a while ... and got some eeek eeek noise everytime it jerks. Dont know from the backseat or the bodyframe.... ANyone experienced such problem?
*
its already come with latest ECU mapping.
It might be the seats, ask the technicians to check the side airbags.

Have u due 1k service? If haven't, after change the engine, the car will be smoother.

Guys, I m a newbie here so need your advice

I got my car last week, is a CFE premium, red colour, Series 31xxx
Currently the mileage is only 400+ km

So, when I go for 1k service, do I need to remap the ECU?

and do you know how to update the map? I can't find any POI on it.

and is the USB port compatible to iphone 5? I try to connect my iphone5 or even iphone 4 on it, the media doesn't detect anything.

Thanks alot!
*
31xxx already with latest ecu/tcu mapping, u dun really need to reflash.
POI? as in restaurant etc, it should have it.

1. Braking Helicopter sound due to disc rotor - Change at SC
2. Sluggish - Remap ECU/TCU at SC
3. The meter is showing average per km, it won't stop calculating when the engine is running - Its normal
CFE is highway cruiser which u can hit 0.12cent/km at the highway but its is nightmare in heavy traffic jam which can up to 0.24cent/km. Go remap ECU/TCU, after that and it will feel it will totally become like driving other car, i am sure u will not ever touch your Myvi if not necessary after that. =D Hope this info will help. icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Bro, how u did 12cent/km? Auto cruise 90km/h? tongue.gif

The best I manage was 14.5cent/km... with some power drive along the highway thumbup.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Same here.. My car has got some ngek ngek sound as well.. Especially each time it jerks.. dont think it comes from the rear seat. Instead from the body frame itself. Any way to iron out this annoying sound? Thanks in advance..
*
It has something to do with those welding spots. Metal plates kissing each other.

What I did to rectify the problem is to remove all rear seats, all the rear boot carpets.
Then try to find the source of the nyit nyit sound.

What I did with my car basically, is to find a screwdriver to wide the gap between the metal plate and try to drive the car again.
Do it based on trial and error.

Good luck

Where got mood la...

Anyway, my preve kena accident few weeks ago, just a light bang to a myvi car in front...thn kena con by the runner, asked me to claim my insuran NCD 55%.
Then, i checked with the workshop and few things been changed or repaired...they claimed almost 5k from my insuran  shakehead.gif
But, luckily i managed to renew the insuran with 55% discount before they update from their system.
*
Don't be too happy, they will send you a letter to ask you reimburse them 55% NCD given to you.

My case same like yours. Got accident just before renewal. So renew before claim. Managed to escape undetected. Next year still enjoy 55% Ncb . Maybe my insurance is not that efficient.

If it few years ago, maybe.
For the past 2 years, everything is being done online. icon_rolleyes.gif

Just wait during the next renewal, then you know. When another party trying to claim against ur insurance company on your fault, they will come to u for the reimbursement.

Only centre pillar inner trim with screws.
Front and rear pillar inner trim, with no screw.

If the inner trim does not fit well, its not because of the screw.
Most likely because someone took it off b4 and damage the clip....

Without changing the clip and flip it it, so it does loose like the photos above. I have none issues with those.

My car 9 months old.
I remove and refit the front and rear pillar inner trims several time, no issues.

Its the clip that hold the trim to the pillar, not the screws. wink.gif

umm..why my car not like that..haiya..i never ever remove the cover man..and i just used factory tinted..ecotint...never remove it...

Don't over paranoid sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

If you don't really believe me, don't quote me.
I'm pretty good when come to this, I dismantle and assemble most of the trims myself to do autofoam, soundproof.

You might never remove it but someone does, it may damage the clip.
Send to any nearby service centre for checking, worse to worse, change the clips.

Change to a bigger clip, a clip with a bigger washer should fit into it nicely.
They might have used the wrong clip size from the beginning.

Where are your location btw?

I doubt so.

Its the clip, either someone go enlarge the hole on the front/rear pillar (which I doubt so) or they use mini size clip, that couldn't hold the trim properly.
I would give bigger clip a try.

If you use bigger screws and technicians who are not aware of that and just pull (eg me), habis....

I'm going for my 10k service. Shell 5w30 semi ok?

Should be good for Preve.
I tried Pennzoil 5w30 semi, now using Motul hi-tech 5w30 fully, no issue. Good pickup, especially with BHP

Wah so good..which sc u go to that allow u to use different oil?
I am only considering to buy petronas engine oil from outside cause is cheaper but that also am worried with warranty later on..
*
I went to Warna Bestari (Proton Edar 4S) in Ipoh.
My father is one of the shareholder, so I have not much issue when come into that.

Petronas engine oil? never amaze me...unless its very cheap.
With the same price, I can get something more proven.
