To minimise misunderstanding of the procedure,
1. boot the phone numerous recovery.....I guess to reboot to Recovery Mode
2. wipe out 4 finish line ......please explain
3. select backup and restore .....understand
4. restore selection from the internal memory or memory card when you copy files very .......please explain
5. finished little wait further up bug fix package ......please explain
6. choose install zip from sdcard> ....understand
7. select choose zip from sdcard>......understand
8. select A860K_fixed_sms_129_test1 ........understand
9. Done wipe data again to reboot and enjoy form

I cant give u a definite answer as I haven't try it fully , only short cuts and I bricked my phone . However , if u look properly of the screen shot , the rom is version 129 , maybe for their country only OR custom rom . Whichever it is , ours is 120 upgraded to 128 . Will we gain root after flashing to this rom by the root method posted earlier by uncle benny , that's another question . And flashing the sms patch into our 128 , that's how I bricked my phone the other day , trying it out of curiosity . I'm a bit lazy to reflash everything and try as I need to use my phone these couple of days . So feel free to try it and let us know .

Judging from the 1st few lines of the instruction u get , I assume it's how to update your rom to their version , via restore method and not by flashing it as a zip . The flashing of zip file is only for the sms patch while for the rom , u need to keep it in the "clockworkmod/backup" folder in your internal sd card and choose "restore" from cwm .

got sharp, panasonic, toshiba..etc etc
all electronic brand there release some phone and tablet there...not those softbank...
somemore the phone will be unlocked before given to u(or sell)
the 2 phone that got my attention is sharp and panasonic
specifically sharp SH-06E and panasonic eluga P
sharp SH-06E for instance....its xperia ZL + HTC one + S4 all merge together
the only thing missing is wireless charging(which his younger bro have) but they do give u a dock for charging

go search for specs and review for this 2 phone...guarantee will be impressed

Softbank my friend is a telco , just like DoCoMo . Those telco carries all brands u mentioned but once a while , there r a model or two that r telco exclusive. And Eluga is offered at DoCoMo . Anyway , thanks for the intro . Decided to get Medias instead

but somehow sharp killed it even before it came out
not only the sharp one get all the "rumored" spec...even the "1900X1200" display
it also waterproof/dustproof...can support simcard, can make calls, support 4G LTE, S-pen, 8.1Mp camera, 2.1Mp front facing camera
