The second stage is to solve the sms limitation,
I have read carefully the procedure posted by Uncle Benny;
I don't understand point no 5.
How to set permission to r/w.
I am using root explorer.

**root explorer select mount R/W n just change accordingly but a warning came up stating that the file is read only and not allowed to change
Seeking feedbacks toovercome this

then u havent select R/W ...... press again and u should be able to paste and replace it .

bro,
1. Install any ROOT EXPLORER app

2. Download this FIX file from http://adf.ly/Cn3Gi

3. Extract files with WINRAR from downloaded ZIP file into local PC dir.

4. Put framework.jar file from extracted folder>System>framework into phone USB or SD card memory.

5. Now open ROOT Explore app in phone, browse to /system/framework and set permission to r/w.

6. In /system/framework folder of phone, renamed the file “framework.jar” file to “framework.jar.bak” or any other name.

7. Paste the framework.jar from USB memory or SD card (where u placed in 4.) to /system/framework folder of phone with ROOT EXPLORER.

8. Reboot phone, when phone reboot again, it will shows message of upgrading application. Wait for finish!

all procedures done but when reboot.........................no messages of upgrading application. WHAT WENT WRONG

I guess the procedure doesn't work on 138 version.

Nope , it doesnt . Instead of extracting it , u can actually flash it via CWM and u will notice this method is NOT for A860 but there is another method which require u to flash custom rom if u r willing 2 try . You should go back to seller on such issues
These must work right out from box
Try select only wdcma/gsm
Select auto only if you are in LTE areas

I know this sound stupid but try turn on data roaming.bought vivo xplay.after setting the apn manually still cant received 3g..then i turn on data roaming and suddenly got 3g..
