Woot v2! I wonder one thing, does HTC offer original set to original set change for warranty claims? My friend who's using the Epal iPong 4S said that they traded hers for some refurbished set, and now she no longer feel the same way about the phone anymore.

They do have one for one swap but sometimes they swap with refurbished unit. I am not sure if mine is refurbished but it works fine and looks absolutely perfect.

If the rear case is damaged after opening not pretty anymore

Rationally speaking, this is going to cause massive headaches for their service centers. Sales stock needs to be carefully weighed against RMA stocks, and they had better ensure that QC is good enough to drive it down below 1% faults.

This means that for those who dropped the device and cracked their screens, how is the user going to have it replaced, EVEN if they wanted to PAY for a replacement screen???

All it takes is ONE(pun intended) drop. Bye bye. No turning back PRETTY phone
