HTC must have enough replacement for RMA purpose.
with the phone seems like very difficult to NOT DESIGNED TO BE repaired.
one-to-one exchange is the only way.

-Opening a local PDF file under ezPDF, roughly 50MB in size.
- GNote2 - 4.3sec
- HTC1 - 3.9sec
- Nex7 - 5.1sec

BUT BUT BUT BUT. HTC fanboys ask me to go read GSMArena's reviews as it's the only fair review site and others are biased to Samsung.. I quoted reviews from phonearena, pocketnow, etc etc and they come and bash me ask me go to GSMArena. HOW NOW BROWN COW?!

The locked bootloader can unlock what. Unless you're talking about s-off then that's a different issue

This is HTC official statement ( some excerpts) about unlocking bootloader:

It simply means , you do at your own risk and pray hard any claims might be entertained by HTC and its at HTC discretion
