Is it a good thing that on the balance sheet of the quarterly report property development costs decreased and it's inventories increase ? Does it mean that the project has been completed and ready to be sold ? Need your advise. Thank you.

Yes and No/ do not know

1) Yes, completed.
2) If u see lot of goods and items displayed in the Hyper markets, but no crowds/buyers at all there, good or not ?
3) DO not know - maybe it is the developer style to complete the properties first before putting them up for sales ( with high confident level that the prop would be sold easily and for a better pricing like IOI )
4) Trade receivable also high , bank loan approvals might slow down or billings uncollected

2/3 Likely, but not a must one. One bad and one good.

Share split 1 share to 5 shares, plus bonus issue of 1 share for every 5 shares....banyaknya shares..

So hold 1 share later get 6 (5+1) shares....
