Hello folks, I've been following this thread for the past 3 versions. I must say that all of you are a group of interesting
people becoz we share the same interest - LEGO.
I have to admit following this thread is very 'poisonous' indeed. Heart rate increases when seeing those spams/MOC

But what amazes me the most is your willingness to share your knowledge, related experience, CS and showing your impressive collections respectively. Keep it up.
One thing for sure is I cannot keep up with your almost bottomless funds to bankroll your hobby.... Another amazing stuff!

This is my small collection from childhood days including my first LEGO - 1978 Police Patrol car. Took me 6 months to find most of the missing items from BL to reconstruct the CITY theme.

My next project is to restore the old LEGO Space.

Welcome bro!! I highly doubt about the bottomless funds

If it does, I think we'll see new haul pic spam on every post instead of discussion hahaha. Anyway nice collection. Vintage sets does bring back childhood memories.

i think sometimes when we buy from stores, the boxes condition also isnt too promising.
it went thru many hand of children who take them out from shelves, ran to their parents which then denied of the purchase. the kid will then do a tribal dance on the floor with the box, asking to buy it. then at the end, it will go back to the shelves to await the entire process all over again.
so yea mint boxes

Hmm the 60008 I had was mint in condition. In fact most of the sets in TRU KLCC are quite mint. Maybe the prices scared off the parents. Heard a dad telling his kid yesterday that daddy cannot afford to buy anymore lego for him because the pieces always goes missing
