Okay , many people make mistake in calculating the charging times .

Example : if I have a 10k mAh PowerBank , and I have a 2k mAh phone . It doesn't mean I can charge my phone 5 times .

Reason 1 :

Your phone is 2k mAh but while you are charging your phone your phone is draining battery at the same time because the phone is running .

Reason 2 :

There is a conversion lose while the PowerBank is charging your phone . So it can't just transfer the amp to your phone exactly as how much it drain from the PowerBank . Just imagine when you want to go to buy an apple cost rm0.50 from a store , you don't just bring rm0.50 as you will need to ride your car to the grocery shop and in between you might spend some money to buy drinks . I know is a bad example but hope you can understand what I'm trying to say lol .

So the correct mathematic should be multiply your PowerBank mAh by 0.75 and divide with your phone mAh . You should get the mathematic but result may be different as your phone might be sucking a lot of battery from usual with apps or data on and it may result in draining more battery from the PowerBank .

Hoping that the next computer glitch offer expensive apps next. That will be the day. hahaha 

I scare after all the fixes then the problem still persist and needa send back to them again. Waste of time. A defect device can never be fix in a 80% rate i can say.
Btw: I'm new to Android devices, used to be an i5 owner. I realize there's no 3g on my note 2 wherever i go. It appears sometimes for less than 1 sec and it gone off back to H. Is this normal? Or it's another connectivity issue on the phone itself?
