QUOTE(botakbin @ Mar 30 2013, 12:52 AM) joytest antt00 wanna consult u guys on a small problem on tasker. I've already tried linking profiles to contexts and actions etc. 1. Install secure settings But there's one thing that confuses me. The variables. A good example is I want to set the gps to be on whenever I turn on maps. So I set the profile, use application, select maps. Then for actions, I select misc, gps. Then at the task screen, I select gps on, IF. Then I just stop there at the % sign. What shud I enter as variable? 2. Install helper within secure settings 3. In tasker task select plugin > secure settings > configuration > scroll to the bottom got gps where u can set to on off or toggle. |

QUOTE(neuromancerx @ Apr 1 2013, 09:50 AM) Guys, may i know which version of CWM you're using now? Want to switch from TWRP to CWM, but last time i encountered this issue: Only CWM that is properly maintained for note 2 is Abyss CWM or Philz CWM.http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2126945 so i'm forced to use TWRP |

QUOTE(Noobi3 @ Apr 1 2013, 02:27 PM) QUOTE(alexng2208 @ Apr 1 2013, 02:35 PM) If you are the type that wake and use your phone say every 15 mins it may be useful. If you are the type that let your phone idles for few hours then its gonna suck. For me it reduces my normal screen on time by about 30%. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 1 2013, 11:23 PM) I'm not using the 3rd party charger when I'm back to PD. Erm it's not really a problem. Its more like you are bored waiting for new rom. I bought a 2-pin adapter from China which is supposedly original, so far it records constant 1800mAh on GCC as well. I just only noticed that last few % took very long time to finish charging. Though the indicator showed 100% but it was still charging and it took more than 20 minutes still hasn't finished charging to ask me to unplug charger... I gave up and unplugged myself. Er, anybody else faces the same problem? Most of the time it's not a problem for me because I let it charge overnight but today I wanted to use it so was waiting for it to fully charged. Sigh. |

QUOTE(joytest @ Apr 1 2013, 11:46 PM) Too many chinese imports... can't tell the difference between AP and Original. Wow what a great analogy. Perhaps, it seems the native ones all tend to have the same features, that's why Samsung can't release new designs QUOTE(gelap @ Apr 1 2013, 11:51 PM) I have similar issue, not sure if it's the exact thing. I thought all aosp memang got graphic glitches especially on the boot animations. What does it gotta do with the recovery.Got my N2 in Nov, flashed CWM & CM10.1, SS GN2 logo boot screen with distortion/flickers, screen stays blank after fully boot, no animated bootscreen, need to press power or home button to show the home/lock screen. Flashed to TWRP, Philz CWM same thing. But no problem going into Recovery or Download mode. Flashed back to official SS GN2 ROM, no distortion/flickers on SS GN2 logo, got animated SS logo and sound during boot. Flashed back to CM10.1, problem is back. Surrender on looking for solution since there aren't much solution even on XDA, and doesn't seems like hardware issue, more like ROM compatibility issue, moved on to try other ROM. Flashed Vanilla RootBox and find it suit me quite well and stayed on. During this time tried flash back and forth TWRP and CWM, same problem on device boot. Flashed updated version of Philz CWM and Vanilla RB on early march, and walla, SS GN2 logo boot screen did not distortion/flickers, have animated boot screen, and screen shows home/lock screen after fully boot. That was my experience on the issue, not sure if it will have the same impact on your device as there are really not much info floating around. Good luck. |

I have to say this, if you got any wakelock of few minutes /secs after a few hours of sleeping IT IS FREAKING NORMAL. A major issue is when your device do not sleep at all.
And from my findings, most audioout_2 wakelocks are not really wakelocks. |
