Hi, may i know what is the cheapest price you can get for an original samsung warranty note 2 currently? I dont wanna get cheated into buying at higher price when i go survey phone shops....
Also, are there many girls who use note 2? Do u girls find it cumbersome to carry around?

I bought bacj one last nite from 1gadget SME set 1.8k n I just recieve sms warranty confirmation. Have been missing it since sold it off 2 months ago. Present xperia z just cannot match it in practical user experience

currently can get for about 16xx-17xx from directd or satugadget

well I see many girls using it so guess not an issue.. some of my girl friends who use n2 just carry around not big issue or just keep it in their handbags

when i flashed the rom, there were 3 requirements:
1) Make sure model is N7100
2) Use clockworkmod recovery (something like this)
3) Wipe if coming from other roms or something..

i had TWRP, and decided to ignore the (2) and flashed.. flash was successful.. however, there were some problems:
1) Noticeable lags
2) No prompts of signing into google account/other accounts.. straight goes to home page..
3) There is an error message "System UI has crashed".
4) No notification bar. Cannot pull down.
5) All sounds working except media related eg games..

oh and once the flash was successful, i was unable to reboot normally.. have to press power button to turn it off, then on again..

But when used with CWM, no problems encountered.. No lags, no crashes, boot normally once done flashing..

not sure sifu perhaps i did something wrong?

TWRP is a safer bet for recoveries thou..CWM failed me a few times :c

Did you perform full wipe to flash wanam? You get system ui crashed due some built-in setting in alliance didn't include in wanamlite rom.

yes sifu.. wiped everything.. tried flashing twice with TWRP.. then decided to try CWM..

You mentioned after flashed and reboob reboot, your device does not prompt for google account sign-in, imo you didn't perform full wipe

Don't use the dafault Adam Kernel. Flash to the latest Perseus Kernel.

TWRP > Wipe > System ....... Then flash again . Make sure u read before clicking/swiping , 1 option wipe your internal sd card .

Flashed AllianceROM once again to get the TWRP.. tried the method as stated by sifu Noobi3.. still same thing occured

Dont flash Alliance oledi . Just flash TWRP directly via recovery after u install wanam .

just to get some advice from you all regarding the charging rate of my N2. i used the original usb cable and when i check with GCC , the current_avg shows 900 mah, but when i tried to use another usb cable , current_avg shows 1700 mah. just wondering am i reading the correct current? cos the current_now for both usb cables are showing the same reading but not the current_avg and current_max. if this is the case, guess my usb cable is defect and is it included in the warranty?

the original usb cable seems to be prone to getting defective so its best to just use some alternative cable
