Price had risen, all 1,300 sf units sold, left the bigger size units and villa only and may 10% rebate with 50% off legal fee on loan agreement. Just back from Anjali Sales Office. 10% discount and price reduction in selling price. Tempted to get one for own stay. SA block a unit for me till 5pm tomorrow.
What you all think about the neighborhood? Nice place to live? |

Small unit sold out. Only for 1800 sqft. Villa also 10% discount but no selling price reduction.
