Me to... i want the camera button.. but the zl back cover is very ugly...

The problem u list above will not happen in ZL right. Cos never heard ppl complain wif ZL. I hope can hear more problems wif ZL then i can compare but somehow ZL seem like so perfect cos nobody talk about the bad


The shop that sell cheap dun accept credit card. If buy from SOny Center then i can buy Z from SEnQ use rebate will almost same price and able to installment lagi deswai make me more dilemma

Number of ZL users so few n naturally you will hear less problems vs Z users
Basing on user opinion is inaccurate as product defect depend on luck too during purchase

That's weird, you set it to "Always" right? Did you install any other battery management software that could cause such problem?

only install betterbatterystat and gsam battery to monitor the usage

I wonder what colour of XZ u all using now? Most of the user are look for black and purple dock in my pre-order.

Did anyone here kena the sudden dead issue edy? Sony has announce this issue and say will fix in next update but the date is not announce. Quite scary.

Sony should listen to us and upgrade they camera to less post processiong and produce better details.

Like what others had said, depends on your budget, if the few hundreds is a lot to you, ZL will be a better bargain for having most of the important specs and features. Color-wise, the ZL white looks much nicer and elegant than black. The plastic pattern at the back of the black 'exacerbates' the plastic-ness of the phone. Give that same Samsung's plasticky feel in Galaxy Nexus. The smooth back of the white compliments nicely with the silver Xperia logo, giving the same high quality plastic feel like those Lumia phones. In fact, I like the white ZL more than the black Z but I picked the Z over ZL because i'm constantly exposed to "water-danger" area and i really dislike some of the asymmetry and almost afterthought design elements of ZL, really deal breakers for me.



The micro USB is the worst offender, its ugly and not centered, and bulge on all the wrong places.



The sim opening at the back really spoils the cleanness of the design, i don't understand how they can do it in Z and thinner some more. Almost felt as if the top SONY fella instructed the designer to make it look crappy after they completed the design because its cheaper. Looks worst in black.

I like the way my Z looks, truly a classy looking phone.

Very comfortable for my hands, and does everything I need it to do. The water resistant bit, as well as the dust proof bit is a pretty sweet deal that should be included for every premium class phone and I'm glad it's there. I don't want a smaller phone, or I would have stuck with my older Nokia or SE phones.

It's all to do with personal preference.

I personally find the white Z to look like crap. And the ZL's shape, camera/microsim placement completely unacceptable.

Don't la say like White Z is that bad hahaha. I'm loving the white But it's all self preference

is ZL design super worst one?make me feel sad dy coz im one of ZL owner :'(

The first problem is more of an OCD problem than anything else

The second one is quite a bother but who look at the back of the phone all the time?

Oh another reason I chose ZL is the loudspeaker performance is excellent since anyone being harping about low volume on the Z, that is one thing I can't stand at all because I HATE bad speaker and low volume because tons of cheap laptops nowadays come with a speaker resembles a mouse try to squeak. With big display and good speaker I put tons of movies on it and watch it on the go

It's all self preferences, there are no perfect devices so live with some sacrifice to gain another.
