Last week my friend bought 450 sq ft unit @ RM250k after 12% rebate. That makes it to about 550psf. Cbj psf looks like is on the rise now smile.gif

My fren just bought a 440sf but only received 5% discount with dibs. May i know your agent who can offer 12% rebate with dibs?

guys, u all receive any call from lawyer that signing S&P recently?

Mine was like no news and call for quite some times ard....

Yes i received, really f***ed up these lawyers, last time said already sign now call back to sign, duno how the f**k they are working, simple thing also dont know to do, bloody troublesome! really they hired some cheapskeat lawyers!

got another 30 units (450 sqft) still available.. all these are loan-rejected units. there's road show from developer at AEON Seri Kembangan... current offer 5+5+2% discount without DIBS due to recent Budget 2014 announcement. grabbed 1 unit already smile.gif

ironically nope... it's just banks do not want to offer DIBS with immediate effect according to SA... that's why I got discount of 12%, instead of usual 7% with DIBS.

Anyone got news of when can we get back the 5k deposit? Collected my S&P already but the lawyer don't really know about the deposit thing when we ask.

I'm waiting for the return of deposit too~~The lawyer said need to wait for the 1st drawdown~
Anyone of you know when is the 1st drawdown?
