hi, i'm new to this forum and i'm interested to get a unit of type B 775sqf soho, am wondering which tower gives the better view ? TOWER 1 OR TOWER 2? which block? I'm too faraway to go to the sales office at the moment.. any existing buyer here that can give me some information about this...many many thanks, would really appreciate some help here.

Basically, north facing high level units would have a good view of putrajaya lake (e.g. block A, B, D). Go to the website to look at siteplan for a better idea.

Is't worth it to buy at cybersquare for investment? In putrajaya condo size 900sqft ++ just cost around rm350k. Last time i visit cybersquare and still have unit left. Now thinking either to take or leave it.

you have think about the condo design nowaday. If you want bigger size but traditional design go to putrajaya or else. Modern design? Go the the new condo/soho like cybersquare... With the almost same price

Putrajaya and cyberjaya almost same price? I don't think also. Cyberjaya more expensive. Don't you thinkt it'll oversupply in another 3-4 years at cyberjaya due to massive project right now. For soho, yes for now the rental around rm1-1.5k monthly but how about after 3 years. Is't same, higher or lesser.

Oversupply everywhere also same not just Cyber. Its never a sure win when it comes to property investment. As long as you have good holding power and exit strategy, you should be good.

Hey, I signed the snp & loan agreement around June,but im not getting my deposit yet & the lawyer just ask me to wait,how about u?

Im facing the same problem too,yet to receive the snp & loan agreement that signed on June.
I paid the stamping fees after signing the agreement to the lawyer~
When can I get back the 5k deposit?

I also haven't get a copy of SPA and loan agreement. 5K booking fee is still pending too....wonder what's going on

properties price will increase around 10% due to increasing petrol price and ops PATI..
