Is't worth it to buy at cybersquare for investment? In putrajaya condo size 900sqft ++ just cost around rm350k. Last time i visit cybersquare and still have unit left. Now thinking either to take or leave it.

Please advise

Oversupply everywhere also same not just Cyber. Its never a sure win when it comes to property investment. As long as you have good holding power and exit strategy, you should be good.

If really have really moved up to RM1600-1800, it is a good indication that Cyber is growing nicely.

Asking price does not necessarily mean it's the rental price. Price could be higher for these two posting due to higher entry cost, thus, the asking price will also be higher automatically. Just my opinion. Like what another forumer said, best to go there and take a look at the actual situation. Alternatively, can follow these two ads and call them 1-3 months later and enquire about renting it. See if the unit is still available or has been rented out.

Yes basri, but im sure ppl wants more amenity and shops, there is an office lot coming up exactly in front cybersquare as well, and im sure many more will be coming up,apart of CCC which would be build somewhere opposite lim kok wing towards right, this is also a good place....

For those who got back ur booking fees....which block u guys booked.... i believed the booking fees given according to the block which started first...just do some survey...between i din get my booking fees yet and mine is in block C
