Received a letter from lawyer yesterday, letter dated 13 Sep 13:
'to inform you that the Sale and Purchase Agreement and Deed of Mutual Convenants is redy for collection' Anyone here know what is Deed of Mutual Convenants for? something like title? This post has been edited by minki: Sep 19 2013, 08:03 PM |

Anyone here buy cybersquare car park(additional)? Any idea if buy 1 more car park for 450sqft. Good for investment?? Tq
