Rental market i think its up and up in cyberjaya area.
Look at newly completed shaftbury square. Studio 463 sqft rental rate on last 3-4 month around rm1200-1400. This year already increase to rm1600-1800. Sharing is caring |

Just come back from their sales office, all unit in cybersquare kena sapu kilat kilat, look at the waiting list also very long, anybody have reject unit ? i dont mind paying some undertable if got nice unit, please pm me. Thanks.

can anyone confirm the demand of shaftsburry square ? call up 2 to 3 sales agent there and heard the demand are very gd, student shift from domain apartment to here, any owner or agent tat focus cybersquare here to confirm ?

Yes basri, but im sure ppl wants more amenity and shops, there is an office lot coming up exactly in front cybersquare as well, and im sure many more will be coming up,apart of CCC which would be build somewhere opposite lim kok wing towards right, this is also a good place....
