AFAIK PR1MA is across the lake thus it isn't really near. But the school being built is a lot nearer so there's convenience. If you are eligible then go ahead with that over the other.

How does those early buyer think who enter at 6xxk++

Now later launch smaller size can get at sub 4xxk+...

The early buyers bought bigger units, price per square foot still about the same.

PR1MA is on the same plot of land, but on the other side of the lake, near SJKC Union. There's not much in common between Lakefront Residence and PR1MA besides bordering the same lake. Lakefront Residence is a premium condo, with bigger units and better amenities. That's where the price difference is.

There's always a bunch of people like you who go into property threads to throw dubious claims and spread rumors backed by nothing. If you're not interested in taking part into a constructive discussion, do everyone else a favor and stay out of the thread.

For me, as an early bird adopter who signed the S&P even before the show house was built, MCT has delivered what they said the would so far, crucially being the building of the Chinese school. There have been some adjustments to the unit sizes in Towers C and D respectively, but I don't see it as a con job, more like an adjustment to current economic conditions. It's too early to judge if they are a con job or not for now, so I wouldn't draw that conclusion just yet.

That is exactly why they have both (with amenities and without). Some like it and some don't.

pr1ma cyberjaya has no estimated completion date? I'm in dilemma now, not sure want to wait or not, the problem with pr1ma is that they simply open for registration but didn't mention when the project will be launch. I asked them they said they cannot estimate, means what? can only move in after 5 years? or 3 years? when? omg pr1ma..

Is PR1MA ground works started yet? There are constructions near there but not sure what.

What's the status of sjkc union now?

And how much fund they have collected so far??

I believe construction already started. Besides the school, can see high rise under construction also.

But the weird thing is registration is still open for PR1MA @ Lake Front. It will take long time before they start balloting.

I'm just talking about the construction started and in advance stage, but yet the registration is not even closed yet. Once it's closed, it will take many many rounds of registrant to choose and book the unit. Then they need to sign SPA. Imagine those that book and cannot get loan, then the cycle starts again for 2nd batch to choose and book unit....3rd batch....

by the time they complete the construction maybe also havent fully sold the PR1MA units.
