Why is PR1MA Cyberjaya Lakefront so slow to give out the SPA for us to sign?

It's just mind boggling!

The actual club house at Lakefront Villa looks quite different with the artist's impression, even the staircase design has been changed.

Hope that the facilities in Lakefront Residence can keep as close as the artist's impression.

My loan is still in progress. I signed my S&P on march 2017. Previously have problem with legal process, the lawyer was so slow and not very friendly when asking it why it took so long to process it. She urged me to be patience with a high tone damn. How can I be patience when I already wait for 7 months for? very incompetent
