Just got back from their Olympic event. It seemed that their final 2 towers sales were pretty good. The smallest units, I mean.

AFAIK PR1MA is across the lake thus it isn't really near. But the school being built is a lot nearer so there's convenience. If you are eligible then go ahead with that over the other.

C & D each floor have 12+4 units. +4 because 4 of the 12 units are 3 beddies + 1 studio combo.

So (12+4) x 25 = 300+100 = 400

Loan must be approved and offer letter must be signed before you can pay the remaining of that 10%. Upon paying you will need to bring your bank offer letter to developer as proof.

Edit: if you are close to the deadline, call bank and push them quick. Alternatively you can ask developer to give more time.

If you think you might wanna grab one, bring all the necessities to secure a loan, make a few copies each and bring them in a file. That way when you do you don't have to do those things later.

Yes you can. But you'll need to clear (by paying half-or however much much you can nego- the outstanding and reschedule to ujrah; it only takes half a day) in order to get loan approval. So do it as soon as the docs are submitted.
