Too many option in Cyberjaya. Abs price point should stick to 400k to 450k by adjusting its size to ard 1ksf 3 bedders. Then it ll sell. My 2 cent.

I would expect lakefront to be the "spiritual" extension of cyberia. MMU is right nearby. The DMC better be enforced and with guards worth a damn. We don't want noisy foreigner students making noise. Cyberia's guards back in 2009 when i was staying there were useless. Hope they improved now.

From what I heard from SA, you will entitle for 2 car parks but is not a fixed car park for your unit! You can simply park your car as long there is car park available. New concept...haha!

Also bought one unit and got early bird promo package - I think the value for money is quite hard to beat.. - As mentioned, about 420 per square feet (after discount) - 2 free parking - 5 units A/C, 4 units ceiling fan, Plaster ceiling + downlight, kitchen cabinets (wet + dry), built in wardrobe for master bedroom - And to top it up, 3 years free maintenance. Completion in 2018, which is just about the right time to know if Cyber will be a good place to stay or not
