The original price was like 500k up nia .

Also the sunxxxx developer project near lkw.

And mahsing project punya link house....maybe pushing 1mil but their smds only around 1.3 to 1.4m. Therefore i speculate their links could be just about 1mil.

my friend just bought a unit there (1yr ago, thereabout) was thinking to use as own stay until they found paradise in SEH single storey bungalow.

he is really caught with his pants down. Move to new bungalow needs money to reno, and this lakefront wont make him any money if not losing more money as now decide to put on market for subsale.
