GST will not be imposed on any interest element of the Banking industry.

However, if the Bank charges any sort of fees like

1) Processing Fee
2) Annual Fee
3) Commitment Fees

there will be a 6% chargeable on such fees.

So, all PLC, MNC with huge corp loans where the above fees are charged will have to pay more and of course, pass the cost to us.

All sewered sewage flows for the whole Cyberjaya will be transferred to this south-west permanent centralised sewage treatment plant. "Rakyat diperdahulu-kan", so this place was allocated to prima affordable house and chinese primary school

I went to the lakefront lake there..no smell from this plant wor.

Nowadays iwk has imposed more stringent requirements for the sewage treatment plant design, i din foresee any odour problem to the lake point / lake front project. I am more concern to the symphony park besides lake point, if this project kickoff, the traffic here jialat...

Yeah..you're right...more concern about the symphony park also...after 4 years, will this project still alive? hehe...

Symphony park was restricted on its density by authority.....lowrise n less density proj. No?

Technically, a pretty big built up. Wondering whether Commercial or Residential.

Don't think Symphony Park will kick off. The idea of building low to medium cost condos in such a large amount as originally planned will not go well with the exclusiveness of surrounding high end developments (ie : Lakefront, Setia Eco Glades etc )

that's the optimum design. STP at lowest point, minimise use of pumping station. MCT donates the land, don't be choosy. Why don't you donate?

There is no issue with the sawage treatment plant...
It is actually quite far from the housing area and school...

As long as its notnext to then should be ok

true, every development needs utilities and services; some near tnb substations, near stp, near htc, near telco towers etc. choose wisely and don't bother others judgement.

This SRJK C Union is just next to sewage treatment plant, 50 meter distance.
