You missed the good chance. Lakefront Prima workmanship consider good compared to other MCT project or IOI project. With the 280k with 850 sqf and near school and hospital, I will said this is good for own stay .

Yea ~ eventhough I stay there for a few days only a month .. So far the location is quiet , relatively safe + a big swimming pool. Also a plus point is the 1st floor have 7-11 , restaurants & dobby shops all set up.

Lift out of service not as frequent as in the past.
cp2 will have water pool after a heavy down pour, usually backflow from the drains. flooding only once which was fix after they rectify the water pump.

y do u want to have retail stores inside the villa area? there are plenty of retails store surrounding it.
and personally would not want to have any retail store being build next to lakefront residence too, hate ppl parking at the roadside.
