Just came back from Hatyai. Went up to golf and fitted a rear bumper.

Mcc rear bumper with tow bar cum with tow ball only B14500. Installation free. If install here, lower grade bumper cost 1500 & tow bar 5-800.

Very satisfied, will be going up again in Jan to fit the front and maybe change tyres and rims.

Dude, was checking prices of tires in Thailand, not much difference maybe slightly cheaper for tires made in Thailand. For imported ones buy it here.

Anyway was checking for tyre prices here too. Will share prices here too. Oh mine are 17" too, lowest so far Bridgestone Dueller 265/65/17 is RM 650. Might consider changing rims to go to 16" too . Share with us here too if you got better Jalan. Same tyre in Hatyai RM 950 la

Suggest to dismantle all parts you plan to sell, drive in install whatever you need then drive back to avoid tax. If not mistaken its 30% duty. But should be able to kowtim at the border la.

Just a heads up when upgrading from my standard rims to offset ones, you need to have center cone installed or else at high speed your steering will be shaking like a vibrator!

I just ordered the center cone from Tyre shop, will set be back another RM 150.00 per wheel.

But overall I am satisfied.

Dude center cones are those ring inserts you have to install when fitting in offset rims. This tightens the gap when screwing in the nuts. Its not a must, but if you don't want your car to vibrate at high speed then better install. Google it, it will explain further

Dude sounds bad shape. Should send back to SC la. Maybe go to the one in Klang, they will layan you coz not many cars there. Glenmarie is like General Hospital for Triton la.

Finally got my center cone installed. World of difference without it. Now the ride is not vibrating even when hit 170kmh. Quite a costly lesson as it's my first time using off set wheels.

Bros in this forum, please take note if you ever change to offset wheels, request for workshop to install center cone. Or else your car will feel like a vibrator.

Buying a truck is a huge commitment and life changing experience. I was at the same road block, after switching to a truck, I don't think I will go back to a sedan again.

The GS version should be nicer to drive around town as it is shorter. But I don't find any issues driving around town as I drive the longer bed version, it's about getting used to. The reverse sensor is quite reliable, but some bros here has installed a reverse camera. For me I chose a rear bull bar, if knock not pain mah .

My wife and I go on occasional bike rides when we travel. Bought a Thule two bike rack to mount on my tow bar. It's world bro. Scroll back few pages I've posted some images of my truck. There are just so many things to add on to this truck but they aren't that expensive to play.
