If this was a normal project I would agree with you but I am interested to see the outcome of this as PR1MA is under the guise of the government and their tagline was to offer affordable housing in KL.

But when suddenly the gov can drop the price by 20%, does it mean the gov cheated the first time home buyers?

Also another question, if the rebate can be applied to new buyers, why can't they be applied to first time buyers too? the gov needs to explain this as they are responsible to the people who put trust in them.

Anyways to new buyers, the new prices are quite attractive.

As far as we sympathise ur situation. You SHOULD be aware that any project need to pay the MOT/POT
Sorry to be bold but YOU should be the one to be blamed cause not doing enough research before buying. Not the government.

Aiyo not just PR1MA house. Any house you buy also need to pay the same thing.
Cheated by the government? What?
This is part of the cost of owning a house. You yourself not being well informed with cost involving in owning the house so do not blame others.

You mean legal fee for loan agreement? If yes, you have to pay for that.

Hmm, how remission works is that you have to pay for it first and then only apply for the remission/refund from government.

Yes need to engage lawyer to do perfection. Perfection of Transfer POT.
If you still got outstanding bank loan, need lawyer service for that as well. Perfection of Charge POC.

Not for loan agreement, is POT. Loan one I have pay the stamp duty already, but now doing POT still need to pay again. Confuse already.

As my previous reply, if you still got outstanding bank loan, need to pay for POC also to the lawyer. So is POT & POC. Separated costing but can use the same lawyer to do.
This is for perfection of the strata title to your name.

Yes, a lot buyer do not know what kind of the fee need to pay until received massage. Already know buy PR1MA House all are 1sr buyer, they need to share all the information to buyer during exhibition time, ensure enough $$$ to cover and pay. See got lelong house already.
