Most of the time, the management will just bar the access card(s) of the unit owners who have yet to settle their outstanding maintenance fees. Make it difficult for those errant owners until they settled the amount.

True, but the affected purchaser can still spread this on social media and word of mouth to tell others to boycott future projects from PR1MA. The bad rep as a result of this will linger for a while.

yup.. to boycott in future yes but to get the discount or cashback like new purchaser in hoc campaign, i think not possible...

My friend get his unit without utility supply and need to go apply themself now.
