SFTV9622FC-MS2+3 have more power socket than SFTV9622FC
SFTV9622FC only have 1*3pin power socket only


yup... SP9201DSL compatible with ADSL 2...
but if wanna for DSL + analog, recommended for SP9201DAF...
no recommended to use SP9201DSL for different type of signals (digital and analog)...

i'll be buying a new PC next week, so i need suggestion on what Cal-lab product for it. item to protect includes CPU, monitor, printer and speaker with CAT5 cable to the motherboard ethernet port.

also, for astro-related appliances, which one u suggest?the items include a TV, astro decoder and 5.1 speaker system.

otherwise u can choose SFTV9622FC / SFTV9822FC... ( Power + Astro + Antenna + Telephone)

What is the difference between SP9201DAF and SP9201DSL? Does SP9201DAF has a built in filter-splitter? How much to deliver it to Kuching?

SP9201DAF for telephone and modem aka ADSL splitter filter
SP9201DSL for modem only

if u wanna to protect your modem and ur computer, recommended for complete protection by using SF9512DSL at least... bcos the surge may come from power line as well... one of LYN forumer used SP9201DSL only and i inform bear the risks if protect tel line only, after few months his modem dead... but all the LYN forumer who followed my recommendation are working perfectly and cal-lab protecting their equipments...

the differences is on the tel module...

SF9812DSL tel module was support by small cube SKPXDSL... if SF9812DSL tel module damaged by lightning, you are required to change SKPXDSL which the replacement cost just RM10... but if SF9512DSL tel module damaged by lightning, you required to change whole unit which the replacement cost up to RM25... so recommended for outstation users purchase SF9812DSL instead which allow them to courier damage SKPXDSL to HQ for restoration purpose and SKPXDSL are easier to courier if compare to whole unit of SF9512DSL...

I need model with 2 socket and above and need to have adsl line protection (tel line). If the model can have the protect thing replace after fried without buying the whole thing is more welcome.

I see. So basically their function is exactly the same both also has the ADSL splitter filter, just that SF9812DSL can separate out the telephone line part, right? What's the chances of it getting damaged ler?

FYI, SF9512DSL and SF9812DSL doesnt come with ADSL splitter filter feature... means u cant split the signal from cal-lab unit for analog telephone because both models designed ONLY for modem (DSL signal)... only SP9201DAF built as ADSL splitter filter... that depend ur area whether lightning prone or not...

DSL module for high speed ADSL signal
Digital module for dial up modem or fax machine or 512 ADSL streamyx
